  First of all when I called to make an appointment for consultation the lady was so mean on the phone. I gave her the benefit that she was just having a bad day. Well I took my daughter in and she was so mean. I was dumb founded by the way she talked to me and my girls. I should have put her in her spot then. I left so angry and stewed about the treatment called my orthodontist told him I will not go there for the procedure to find me somewhere else. She either hates her job that much or just isent a people person and has no business working there I will tell everyone I know about my experience. I since talked to others that said they got treated the same but didn't want to drive far so they put up with it. I ended up taking my daughter to Dr. Scott in Orchard park he was excellent his entire staff was great and will be taking my other 2 kids there also. His price was 400 cheaper and he billed my insurance and my insurance reimbursed me the full amount. I can't say enough good about Dr Scott's office.
