  Went into Family Dollar with my family, experience was good until we get to the register... the woman working at the register was plesent and helpful. But when a custoners electronic coupons wouldnt work everything went down hill. A line began to back up, as she attempts to assist a distraught customer. As more and more time ticks by and more and more stress builds in her eyes I start to wonder... "Where is someone else to help?"... i quickly found out.. shes the only one in this entire store! Absolutely awful! Why would any place of business, especially retail leave one person in the store alone! I felt so bad for her... After the register still wouldnt take her coupons.. she called a supervisor on the phone, and asked for an override or at least what to do... and all the supervisor had to say was "You will be in some big trouble if you override it"... like really? You call yourself a supervisor!? Why not you assist your coworker and walk her through what to do!? As far as the management of that store, its awful! One star! As far as the employee working that register, working with what little resources she had without "Getting in trouble" she was great! Very professional under extreme pressure of dealing with the public. 5 stars for her!
